Presentation:

1. Whole fish HG, skin on.
2. Fillets, skin on, no bones.

Sizes:

Whole: 100 to 200 grs., and 200 to 300 grs. per piece.

Fillets:4-6 Oz., 6-8 Oz., 8-10 Oz. (mostly), 10-12 Oz., 12-14 Oz., 14-16 Oz., 16 Oz. and up.

Glazed: 3%.

Note: Our shipments have net weight.

Frozen method: IQF.

Packing: As Buyer's request.

We usually packed looses fillets in bags of 12.5 pounds each, average, boxes of 50 pounds net weight.

Delivery: Weekly, after payment received.

Transportation: By air cargo or containers of 30.000+ pounds.
