presentation tail-on or tail-off.
Immediately upon peeling and deveining, the shrimp is cooked using our "State
of the Art", modern isometric steam cooker. The temperatures and cooking
time are strictly and continuously controlled. This is done in order to insure
the highest quality for each of the different shrimp sizes.
Freezing is carried out individually and immediately covering the shrimp with
a uniform g laze, to protect the natural texture and firmness of each shrimp.
Special care is taken for this and all "Ready-to-Eat" products.
All of our freshly cooked shrimp is chemical and additive free. We use only a
light touch of salt to enhance the natural flavor of our shrimp. Penaneus vannamei,
the finest in the wold.
